Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with An Post.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: €6.50
• Free shipping on all orders over €100

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders within Ireland typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or due to delays outside our control.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel’s journey with An Post.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we’ll work with An Post to resolve it.
